Civilware already had the brand and the products. We helped it reach customers more consistently through broadcasts and automated email, alongside Google Merchant Center work and support across Meta and Shopify.
Keeping the brand in circulation
Civilware’s existing identity and imagery gave the emails their starting point. We built Klaviyo campaigns around its products and worked on regular broadcasts to bring those products back in front of customers.
InspectFollow-up with a purpose
Alongside the broadcasts, we worked on automated welcome, abandoned-cart, win-back and review-request emails. These messages follow what a customer has done: subscribed, shopped, bought or spent time away from the store.
We added an email-marketing eligibility check to the welcome flow and created audiences based on recent clicks and previous purchases, including buyers who had not ordered recently. Different messages could reach different groups.
Deciding what to count
We changed the reporting rules as part of the email work. Campaign links were tracked automatically, while transactional messages and Apple Mail Privacy Protection opens were excluded from attribution.
Those choices put a clear definition behind the email performance figures, alongside the work on copy, campaigns and customer follow-up.
