About Craez
We work on how a business sells.
Our clients already have products, expertise and a point of view. We work on the offer, the campaign and the way a customer buys.
The offer
We work with owners on what to sell, what to charge and what would make the offer more useful or appealing. Creative ideas and the numbers inform the same decisions.
The regular work
We plan releases and promotions, make the creative and run the campaigns. We also develop the store. At NoHours, the offer in the email had to work in the cart. At Civilware, our work includes a regular broadcast schedule and customer flows.
Room to try
Alongside the regular work, we develop ideas the business hasn’t tried before. A customer program, a different offer, a new way to sell. They need trust, time and enough investment to do them properly.

The campaign and the cart.
An offer lives in more than one place. The email announces it; the product page explains it; the cart decides whether it applies.
Decide what qualifies
For a NoHours promotion, a full-price tee came with a choice of four gift hats. Sale tees did not qualify, and each order could receive one gift. Those choices defined the offer carried by the launch email.
The eligibility matters as much as the headline. It determines which products the promotion supports and what the store needs to do.
NoHoursFollow the customer’s choices
Removing the qualifying NoHours tee also removed its gift and hid the picker. At LB Skate, optional protection offers were matched to the product category, with Shipping Protection kept separate.
These are small interactions, but they are part of the offer. Changing the cart should leave the customer with a purchase that still makes sense.
Long Beach Skate Co.Carry the price through
Work Your Pack’s Foundational + Advanced course pairing needed the bundle price to hold from the product pages through the cart and checkout. Both courses were required for the discount.
We consider the message and the buying process together. Writing the campaign, developing the offer and working on the store are often parts of the same job.
