Offers, campaigns and Shopify

NoHours had the clothing and the identity. We helped make its promotions and customer communication more consistent, with email, SMS, Meta and the Shopify work behind the offers.

Planning what comes next

Our work starts with the stock: releases, restocks and the products worth featuring. We help turn those choices into retail offers, then plan how and when customers will hear about them.

Keeping the calendar moving

The 2025 calendar moved from Spooky Season in October through Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the holiday follow-ups. Email and SMS carried the offers through launches, reminders and extensions.

We prepare launch, reminder and final-hours copy around the same products, terms and deadlines.

A choice built into the offer

In September 2026, we helped put together an offer that paired a full-price tee with a choice of four gift hats. It gave the customer a choice within the promotion, with one gift per order. The launch email shown here was sent on September 18.

We also built the Shopify rules behind the gift picker. Removing the qualifying tee removed the hat and hid the picker. Sale tees stayed outside the offer and kept their separate prices.
